Process flow of precision casting:

Casting production process is generally like this in general can be divided into wax, shell, pouring, post-treatment, inspection.

1. Wax pressing including (wax pressing, wax trimming and tree setting) : wax pressing -- -use wax pressing machine to make wax models;

Wax -- correct the wax mold;

Group tree -- group tree with wax model.

2. Shell making includes (hanging sand, hanging pulp and drying);

3. Pouring includes (roasting, chemical analysis is also called playing spectrum, pouring, shaking shell, cutting gate, grinding gate);

4. Post-treatment including (sand blasting, shot blasting, correction, pickling);

5. Inspection includes wax inspection, initial inspection, intermediate inspection and finished product inspection.
