      (2)制芯设备领域取得重大进步的近几年,制芯设备方面已逐步发展成由单机或制芯线构成的安全、高效又可靠的制芯单元和交钥匙制芯工程,且在国内首家创造性地将制芯设备拓展至砂型的射制,实现精密砂芯铸造,并以其经济的投资和运行成本,以及优异的质量成为造型方式的一种新选择。在制芯方面,目前铸造生产用制芯方式主要有热芯盒、冷芯盒、自硬砂、壳芯及各类油砂。其中三乙胺固化冷芯盒制芯工艺以其高效、低耗、尺寸精度高等特点发展最为迅速.它是在常温下将作为粘结剂的酚醛树脂和异氰酸酯与砂混合后,通过射芯机射入芯盒内再通入三乙胺迅速固化的工艺。随着三乙胺冷芯盒工艺的发展,冷芯盒组芯造型已开始替代覆膜砂壳型铸造,并有取代造型线的先天优势(质量、成本、上马速度及产品改型等方面)。
